Yoga has been my passion for many years
I am a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher and have been teaching for over 15 years. My previous background is in fitness where I started teaching Aerobics, Step, Aqua and other fitness classes in 1995. My Yoga students often tell me that my experience teaching in this environment shows through. I'm very interested in how different postures benefit the body - stretching and strengthening muscles and toning the whole body inside and out. Pole Fitness is a fun way to tone up, get fit and strong
I have been teaching fitness classes since 1995 in all the local clubs and community halls. After many years of working for large and small companies I decided I can do things better and opened my own studio - I have my clients best interest at heart and run specialist classes to cater sometimes for a very small population. My studio has levels of Pilates classes, not just an all level class and Pre Natal Yoga - I don't just want to pack my classes (although that's nice too) but I want to offer quality teaching and be able to speak to clients in my class. I have invested in equipment for my studios so everyone can have what they need and air conditioning that works as well as heating for the winter months.
